The property is just a 5-10 minute drive from Saltdean beach and buses run every 10 minutes from the end of the road, with services running till 3am every night except Sundays. Brighton is approximately 15 minutes away by bus or car, and taxis cost approximately £15 to £25 for a 4/8 seater. The property itself is a holiday let with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a newly fitted family bathroom with a bath, curved glass shower screen, wash basin and Wc.
