Two pubs nearby offer sea views, great food, and entertainment, and there are also local stores, off-licences, and takeaways in the area. A Tesco Express is located just 3 minutes away and is open 7 days a week between 7 am and 11 pm. The property has a fully equipped kitchen dining room with two doors to the garden, which includes a large-sized charcoal/gas barbecue and seating outside. The hot tub is located in a garden summer house shed. The living room features a large sofa, a 65-inch smart TV, and a dining table. There are also Netflix, Amazon Prime, Itv Hub, and many other channels available to watch. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed that sleeps 2, and hotel-quality bed linens are provided. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor with a Wc. Upstairs, there is a family bathroom that has been newly fitted with a bath with a shower, a curved glass shower screen, a washbasin, and a Wc. Please note that this property can only be booked by a lead guest who is over the age of 21, and we do not accept bookings from groups of people under this age. If you have any doubts about whether you meet this requirement, please contact us before booking. Additionally, we have a strict noise policy in place to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of our neighbors. Noise must be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 10:00, which includes no loud music or parties. We use noise monitors throughout the property to ensure that this policy is adhered to, and if you trigger a noise alert, we will contact you by phone, text, and/or email. If the problem persists or you do not respond to us, our security team may be called out to visit the property, and a charge will be passed onto you. Failure to comply with the noise policy could result in further visits and charges, and in extreme circumstances, you may be asked to leave the property.
